The Process of Hoot Landscape and Design
1. CONSULTATION
During the on-site consultation, we discover the details of the client’s wishes. We walk the property and ask a series of questions to comprehend the scope of the project. It is important that the client has a budget in mind to help us determine priorities.
2. DESIGN
Once the site information is acquired, a scaled computer drafted base plan is then created. From listening carefully to the clients’ needs and goals we apply our knowledge and expertise in creating a unique landscape design.
3. PRESENTATION
We present the drawing to the client and encourage feedback, as our ultimate goal is to provide landscape designs that are tailored to meet our clients needs and surpass their expectations. We are happy to make as many changes that are necessary to achieve total satisfaction.
4. ACCEPTANCE
After all revisions are complete, a written proposal with a cost estimate of the landscape plan is presented. With the proposal approved and a negotiated down payment received, the project is scheduled and the client is given approximate dates of starting and completion.
5. SATISFACTION
Our Goal is to satisfy our clients wishes beyond their expectations.
