Perennials

Perennials reward from year to year, but there are so many to choose from. Our designer will be aware of colors & types, as well as blooms that are great for cutting and making a big impact. Once summer turns into autumn, your area will look perfect with stunning jewel-tone shades and fall-blooming plants. We try to incorporate color and texture in our work.

Shrubs

Shrubs are integral parts of the landscape, providing wildlife habitat, beauty and shade to a properties. Shrubs modify the immediate environment by altering the micro-climate surrounding them, reducing noise and trapping air pollutants. In addition to their aesthetic and environmental value, shrubs will last a lifetime if maintained properly.

When our designer selects color for a project, it is always a challenge to get it right. When the color is integrated into hardscapes, it can be impossible to change after the job is complete. How the Process Works

1. Initial Consultation

During the on-site free consultation, we discover the details of the client’s wishes. We walk the property and ask a series of questions to comprehend the scope of the project. It is important that the client has a budget in mind to help us determine priorities. Next, we need a copy of the plot survey to assist us in the site inventory and analysis.

If a plot survey is not available, we return to measure existing features such as building outlines, walks, drives, trees, fence lines, patios, and decks along with taking digital photos of the property.

2. Design Process

Once the site information is acquired, a scaled computer drafted base plan is then created. From listening carefully to the clients’ needs and goals we apply our knowledge and expertise in creating a unique landscape design.

3. Landscape Plan

We present the drawing to the client. We encourage feedback as our ultimate goal is to provide landscape designs that are tailored to meet our clients’ needs and surpass their expectations. We are happy to make as many changes that are necessary to achieve total satisfaction.

4. Proposal

After all revisions are complete, a written proposal with a cost estimate of the landscape plan is presented. With the proposal approved and a negotiated down payment received, the project is scheduled and the client is given approximate dates of starting and completion.
